Anti-Streptolysin O (ASO) titer in children and adolescents (7-14 years old) of Shahrekord, 1998

مواد نسوز در صنایع حرارتی کاربرد وسیع دارند. این موارد به صورت آمورف می باشند و از ملح خاک رس یا ترکیب آلومینیوم و سیلیس توسط سانتریفوژ یا سیستم بخار تهیه می شوند و می توانند باعث بیماری های انسدادی در ریه شوند. طی یک مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی علایم بیماری های تنفسی و اسپیرومتری در 145 کارگر شاغل در یک کارخانه تولید آجر نسوز در اصفهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند برای کلیه کارکنان از طریق مصاحبه و معاینه پرسشنامه بیماری های تنفسی تکمیل گردید و سپس اسپیرومتری انجام شد. سن افراد مورد مطالعه بین 26 تا 61 سال و با میانگین 7.62±39.5 و فراوانی عادت سیگار کشیدن 22.8% (33 نفر) بود. خس خس سینه در 26.2% (38 نفر) و خس خس سینه همراه تنگی نفس در 22.8% (33 نفر) مشاهده شد. در 63 نفر (43.3%) تست های فونکسیون ریه نشان دهنده الگوی انسدادی ریه و در 81 نفر (55.9%) نشان دهنده بیماری مجاری کوچک هوایی بود. مطالعه حاضر نشان می دهد که میزان شیوع بیماری راه های هوایی در کارکنان کارخانه مواد نسوز در کشور ما از کشورهای غربی به مراتب بیشتر است. به نظر می رسد که تغییر روش های کاری و مهندسی در صنایع مواد نسوز و آموزش کارگران در جهت استفاده از وسایل ایمنی در کارخانه های مواد نسوز در کشور ضروری باشد.
